Thank you for taking time to share your experience. We want to be accurate when in our job descriptions when listing the location of the role. While the role is technically remote, if someone lives near one of our buildings, this gives them the opportunity to interact with other colleagues at one of our buildings on a semi-regular basis. Our hiring managers generally conduct behavioral based interviews, with questions specific to the role. They ask the same questions, in the same order, to every candidate to ensure applicants are evaluated consistently.
