The process was phenomenal. The recruiter, Mike Fidrych, could not have done a better job of keeping me informed throughout the process. I could tell he truly cared about me, both as a person and as a candidate. Either by text or by phone, he always made himself available to me. If I'm ever, again, in the position of interviewing for a larger role, I would only want Mike to handle the goings on.
