The interview process was spread over a period of 4 weeks, beginning with Citizen's Senior Technical Recruiter, the hiring manager, a series of 3 interviews with potential pertinent team members (in pairs), and finally wrapping up with the hiring manager, once again. I was asked questions pertaining to UX/UI, front end development, my problem-solving approach and my mannerisms in relationships with colleagues.
