The interview process was seamless, efficient and organized. First, I had a phone interview w/recruiter then an in person interview with manger of the team. I received email and text notifications for the interview and they provided a check list to help with the interview process (what to come with, how to dress and the types of questions that will be asked, even resources on their website with background). The most organized interview I have ever been on and the most quick response time from a company ever.

Upon submitting my application via Indeed, I was contacted within the week by a Citizens recruiter. She conducted a brief 30-40 minute phone screening with me. A few days later, a I received an email to schedule a video interview with the hiring manager in the collections department. I interviewed with him and one other woman from the department via WebEx. I was contacted three days later by the initial recruiter. She offered me the job. The entire process from applying to accepting the position only took 2-3 weeks which was great.
