Me postulé a través de una agencia de empleos. Acudí a una entrevista en CitiusTech (Mumbai) en sep 2021
Entrevista
Round1 - Technical
Interview was taken by some third party or consulting firm
Round2 - Manger + little bit tech
This was the worst round. He is at some director level and working for Citius tech from last 10 yrs. Still the questions were so silly. He took interview for 1hr but it was scheduled for 30 mins. If he was not interested so he should not waste somebody else time. Even I feel he is from last 10 years because he doesn't have knowledge to get into other companies.
I never mentioned Spring or spring boot in my resume. At the last min he said I have to check you have heavy budget you don't know spring boot.
I am happy that I am not going to work under such pathetic leadership

Round 1
It was technical round .
JDBC, Two sum problem, and OOPS concepts, some output codes and some core java based questions
Interview was good but they didn't release offer! They take interviews just to show it to the client! Bad company! Please don't waste your time by giving Interviews! They'll never consider you no matter how good you're

Entrevista
I attended the interview for a .NET Developer role, but most of the discussion was around Azure (including VNet) and detailed Angular questions. There were only 2–3 questions related to core .NET concepts.
It felt a bit surprising since the JD mainly mentioned .NET. I understand cloud knowledge is important, but clearer alignment between the role and interview focus would help candidates prepare better.
