I applied to the Ad online The application was sent directly to the Centre Manager the Centre Manager emailed me within a couple of hours to arrange a telephone interview The telephone interview was conversation relating to my self and the role I was applying for, The Centre Manager asked me a few questions relating to my CV. Within a hour I had a call asking me to attend a interview at the centre. The interview it self was with the Centre Manager. After he interview i was contacted by the Centre Manager and was offered the role. a email was sent to my self detailing the role and wage that i was offered, along with the confirmation of my start date.
