Few round of interviews. 1st HR, second peer, third hiring manager and so on. Initial interviews were nice. They takes time to give any feedback .I got my rejection email after 1 month of my 3rd round.

I interviewed with 4 people, two of the same level I was going for, a director and a chief auditor. They were really knowledgeable in their respective roles and each brought something different to what they were looking to find out - whether my ability to navigate fast paced environments, manage multiple priorities, to having to provide examples and real life experiences to different situations or walking them through the audit life cycle, a design or risk assessment etc. Great experience - they will read through the fluff so be prepared / and qualified for the role. I got the job :)

the interview process was comprehensive with technical and behavioral questions to assess experience and ability to assimilate to company culture and team environment. There were three rounds of interviews with Audit Senior Managers, Director and the Chief Auditor
