I first interviewed by phone. then about a week later I had an face to face interview. It seemed to go well but then I received an e-mail that they are pursuing others.
very long process it took a month for them to come back to me aand tell me that i am selected and then the background verification and all the other things it takes a long time

Prior to the actual interview, there is an information session where the recruiter and sales manager talks a bit about Citibank, gives more detail about the Sales Representative role and allows the group of interviewees/potential employees to ask questions.
After the information session, interviewees who aren't interested in further pursuing the position is allowed to leave without being interviewed.
