2-3 phone interviews. First with HR asking generic questions, second is with your manager where she asks more about you and then asks specifics about softwares and processes. Third is with your managers manager and it is virtually the exact same questions as before.

First started off with a phone interview with someone from HR. Pretty standard, just asked about my resume and my past work experience. Then scheduled an interview with the director of the group at headquarters in New York. He asked me all compentency based questions with a little bit of excel thrown in at the the end. I thought I did ok not great. Next day I found out they hired someone internally.
