First I had to go through a phone interview by an HR person, just the usual things, basically a self introduction and then questions about your CV. When I was invited to their office, it was not exactly like an interview, it was my mentor, and her supervisor asking if I have any questions. Lastly I went again to sign my contract and it was a sealed deal!
