The interview was very short, sweet, and to the point! Just basic customer service questions. “Tell me a time when” question style. Since I answered those questions really easy they said they would skip the “mock call” but usually they would make you act like you are speaking to a client on the phone.

What did you do in a time where the customer was not happy with the outcome of something?
General customer service oriented questions about how you handle tough situations, deal with upset customers. How well do you handle working under pressure and a fast paced environment. First it was a phone screen, and then passing that was a more in depth video call interview. The entire hiring process and background check took a couple months.

Really great process for people coming out of college to get to grips with a large financial firm.
There was 2/3 rounds therefore the company got to know you while you got a feel for the ppl you would be with

Entrevista
The interview went well. The interviewer was very professional and approachable, creating a comfortable atmosphere that helped ease my nerves. She asked insightful questions in a respectful manner, which made the whole experience less intimidating and more encouraging.
