First I had a phone screen with a recruiter, then an onsite interview with 3 members of the team. Then I had a second onsite interview first with someone I previously interviewed with and then an additional team member. Everyone was quite friendly and knowledgable. I was offered the job they told me to look out for additional information and then quiet for a week. I asked for an update they told me they would get back to me the next week. This happened for about a month until they rescinded my offer. Decided to go with someone with a bit more experience. I might be able to understand deciding to go with someone else. But to give me the offer then give me the run around for over month that is disrespectful. I definitely have disdain for this company now.
