They always provided a very detailed feedback. However, the in-house recruiter left the company and nobody just followed up on my application, even though I was expecting the offer .

A lot of questions about the financial instruments, how they work , how they are priced and how I can explain to the potential client how they work if they come from non financial background
Clear, well structured with extensive engagement from talent acquisition team and hiring manager. There were 3 stages, each getting into more details and example of work. Overall feedback is positive as I enjoyed the conversations.
3rd rounds interviews
First with HR
Second with two managers
Final round with Director
The questions are quite direct and sharp.
And the atmosphere is serious, especially Citi is retreating from Taiwan
The interviewers asked insightful questions that challenged my understanding of the role and probed my client relationship skills. The team's enthusiasm for Citibank's mission was contagious, and I felt a genuine connection with their collaborative spirit. The interview left me feeling energized and confident in my ability to build strong relationships and contribute to Citibank's success.
