      Entrevista

      The interview process consisted of 3 rounds: Technical Round 1: Focused on project discussion and logical puzzles to test problem-solving and analytical skills. Technical Round 2: Included detailed project-based questions, scenario-based SQL and data estimation questions. HR Round: Casual conversation covering background check, hobbies, and personal interests. Overall, the process was structured, friendly, and assessed both technical knowledge and logical thinking.

      Round 1 – Technical Started with a brief self-introduction. Asked to describe one of my projects. Since my project was based on solving a real-world problem, it generated a lot of interest and discussion. Interviewer then asked 2 logical puzzles: “We have 10 red and 10 blue socks in a drawer. Picking one sock at a time in the dark, what is the minimum number of draws required to ensure at least one pair of blue socks?” “Estimate the number of people living in a city with a population of one million.” Concluded by asking if I had any questions for her. Round 2 – Technical Started with a brief introduction. Project discussion continued with a few cross-questions. Scenario-based questions included: Two tables A and B with 20 and 10 rows respectively. Table A has a primary key column ‘ID’ (values 1-20). Table B has a foreign key column ‘ID’ (values 1-7, repeated 3 times for 8). Implement all types of SQL joins and give the number of rows returned by each. Estimate how many people would buy a BMW in Bangalore. Identify what data (attributes) you would collect and explain why. Concluded by asking if I had any questions for him. Round 3 – HR Started with a brief introduction. Background check and casual questions such as hobbies, interests, and what I do for fun. Ended by asking if I had any questions for her. Overall Experience: Interviewers were friendly and professional. Emphasis on real-world problem-solving, logical thinking, and scenario-based questions. Good balance of technical and HR rounds.

      Applied online and was contacted by a recruiter for an initial screening call. The process consisted of three stages: a recruiter screening, an interview with the hiring manager, and a final panel interview with members of the wider team. Questions were primarily competency-based, focusing on stakeholder management, problem-solving, teamwork, and examples from previous experience. Interviewers were professional and provided a good overview of the role and team. The overall process was well organised, although communication between stages could sometimes take longer than expected. The difficulty level was average, and candidates with relevant experience should be able to prepare effectively using examples from their previous roles.

      They appeared completely uninterested throughout the conversation, showing little engagement or curiosity. Instead of focusing on the topic, they kept interrupting with unrelated questions, which made it difficult to maintain a meaningful discussion or effectively communicate my points and ideas.
