They started off with a presentation by one of the staff working there.. tells us about what Citco does, you need to read up about it or else you will not understand what is he talking. If you do not understand, your interview should be almost done.. There is a test and an interview with 2 staff.. ask some technical questions which I did not learn before.. and some personal questions about your past work experiences.. Whole process takes about an hour plus..

Entrevista
After entering the building, security guards guided to the floor where the interview is conducted. They gave the token and visitor id card and told to wait in a room. After sometime one person came in to collect the resume and escorted to the interview area. One by one they started calling the names for the interview.

Entrevista
The interview process involved two rounds focusing on my technical knowledge and communication skills. Both the interviewers were supportive, encouraged and asked relevant questions and assessed my understanding of financial concepts and problem solving abilities.
interview process was good and the questions are not very difficult it is from low to medium mostly ask from jd and check your general knowledge in short and prepare a little about interpersonal question as well
