I applied for the position through contact. I attended an HR interview in July 2020 and the second round of interviews in September the first week. The process was very slow. and they were not clear in their communication. I applied for Risk Analyst position and they invited me for senior risk analyst position.

1. Walk us through your resume
2. Options: explain 5 greeks of options, types of options and explain it, what will be the delta of out of the money option? (High or Low), Explain about any one option strategy
3. Difference between convertible and callable bonds, which bond will have a higher price?
4. Explain any two parameters for stress testing in a bond and how will it affect the bond pricing
5. What is the purpose of the regulatory requirement in the financial industry?
6. SQL related: I was given a code and asked to explain
7. Python related basic questions
8. Also asked me related to project I worked on

Interviewer is arrogant and rude. keep asking same questions - what are the market risk quantative metrics. not interested in your previous work experience, not interested in your knowledge and skills, like client's risk reports, SQL skills, visualization tools, communication, team work etc. just keep asking same same same question for 100 times. at the end of the interview, I asked back the same questions, she just said that is a very big topic.... said directly at the end of the interview that won't move me to the next stage. it should be HR contact me and tell me that after the interview at least.
The overall process went well and smooth, hiring manager was very nice and giving lots of insights about working within the team, and HR was very helpful and supporting along the whole process.

Entrevista
Three rounds: #1 HR round #2 Managers' round #3 Process round (given I was shortlisted). Overall, the process took around couple of weeks and I had the offer letter in hand
