Online coderpad interview with a developer of the firm. He briefly went over my cv before giving me one large problem to solve. The question was based on details I had written on my cv. Overall, it was a very normal interview and the interviewer was pleasant.

10 min introduction involving resume run-through,
followed up by some short basic technical questions,
then 45 min coding problem (2 related parts, easy/medium difficulty, BFS algorithm)
interviewer was kind and helped

First round with the outside recruiter, and discuss the fit. Second round with a quant developer and ask a leetcode questions. Hiring timeline is extremely long and seems they just keep you around.

Got referred by someone and had an asynchronous coding assessment first. Got invited for the first round of interview within a couple of weeks followed by a final 3 hour-long interview
