The interview involved me carrying out a programming exercise whilst the interviewer watched. It lasted about 30 minutes. There was some time at the end for me to ask some questions about the firm.

10 min introduction involving resume run-through,
followed up by some short basic technical questions,
then 45 min coding problem (2 related parts, easy/medium difficulty, BFS algorithm)

First round with the outside recruiter, and discuss the fit. Second round with a quant developer and ask a leetcode questions. Hiring timeline is extremely long and seems they just keep you around.

Got referred by someone and had an asynchronous coding assessment first. Got invited for the first round of interview within a couple of weeks followed by a final 3 hour-long interview
