Entrevista
I applied through the careers page. Received a 45-minutes telephone code-pair round scheduled for the next week.
The interviewer seemed really dull to talk to, typical of trading devs. Anyway, so it went decently well. There were 2 questions of which I completed the first and almost finished coding the second. I also managed to tell him the algorithm for the second which he said he was fine with.
Then for weeks, the recruiter literally ghosted me, she did not tell me the results despite sending multiple follow-ups each week, to which she always replied she would reply me back asap but would eventually forget. I was finally not offered but I just don't understand how hard is to follow a basic sense of decency and professionalism if you expect the same out from the candidates you interview. I have interviewed for many firms but this was so far the most terrible and inhumane experience I've had.

Online assessment with 3 coding questions on bfs and stacks etc.
First round on a simple coding question with some basic CS questions on top of it and also asked many CV questions and motivations
Did not proceed after this round
OA then phone interview, discussed about experience, coding rounds, and some open ended questions afterwards. The last 5 - 10 mins was for interviewee to ask questions back. Didn't pass this round :(
I had an HR screen where they asked about my experience at my previous company and to prepare for C++ to talk with the hiring manager. They asked about why I got laid off at my previous company.
