Cisco had a great interview process. First met with HR and confirmed qualifications and then second interview with hiring manager and last interview with panel of team members. Questions asked about scenarios and qualifications.

Short, as it did not proceed very far beyond initial talks on compensation. Contacted recruiter/feeder on LinkedIn. Heard back fairly quickly. They were frank about constraints on compensation package. Did not proceed to technical questions.
No pressure. Friendly. Met team members. Had lunch. great company. no so great compensation. Lots of initiatives. Lots of lazy heads too. Not so much to talk about. Great place to retire.
