Entrevista
Initially I got a call from the HR after they were interested in my Resume in Monster. Got a face to face interview on technical aspects about Software Testing and the questions were mostly related to what I had put in my Resume. First round - Technical (Taken by any Engineer from the hiring project, who is free at that time). Second round - Manager round with some non technical questions just to check your personality and your work ethics
Overall process took 2 weeks.

Be ready with whatever you have put in the resume, know well about the Tools you have put and the technology. Most of the questions will be asked spontaneously by seeing the resume and what you speak.
