Telephonic interview won't stresses much into technicals and more on change reasons and working interests.
Interviews with most of senior colleagues in recruiting team. Discussions goes from 4 to 5 rounds and finala round with recruiting manager. Touches most of projects menrtioned in CV and estimates confidence level. Assesses Netoworking and Communication understandings. Managerial discussions more on interviewers ability to work on most critical 'clcok domain crossing' and sync/async reset issues.
Interviewer attitude might be a deciding factor if he is from reputed institure and competetive compinies.
