Entrevista
Applied for position online and got a reply in a week's time. HR called me and scheduled 2 phone interviews with 2 senior system engineers. The first interview was average with the tell me about yourself questions. I would say that they were checking if I was fit for the company's culture.
Second interview was more detailed and interviewer was more or less checking for analytical understanding. Some questions required me to use my imagination and understanding of things.

First talking to recruiter, then a quick call answering some "technical questions". After which there were some exercises and a video to record on a topic. And the last step was a half day of interviews, roleplays and short exam on site

Entrevista
After a resume screen, a two minute voice recording explaining any Cisco technology that excites you and why.
Next step was a virtual interview with a systems engineer. This consisted of behavioral and technical questions based on a previously specified Cisco product. Last stage was the Assessment Center and its three parts: Behavioral Interview, Technical Presentation, and Discovery Call Role Play.

Eerst was er een cv selectie. Na selectie was er een video interview waar je een aantal antwoorden op behavioral questions moest beantwoorden, bijv. vertel me over een keer dat je een moeilijk situatie had. Hoe heb je het opgelost? Na video interview was er een assessment centre, waar je een aantal rondes achter elkaar had.
