Too many interviews. I was interviewed by 8 different people before being offered the position. Culture and office are nice, but people seem detached from one another (very independent, loose teamwork). Initial e-mail led to first interview, then to 7 others on 7 different days. The questions were very straightforward– no curveballs, as if the interviewers were too lazy to ask me any questions. One even asked me questions from McDonalds, and another while driving.

Relaxed interview but very slow to give a response back to the candidates
Questions mostly based on my experience and knowledge.
Overall, 3 rounds of interviews and all similar ones. Not too difficult but it’s been a little dissapointing hoq long they take to get back to you. I found another job in the waiting of an answer from them.

It started with an on-campus interview with about fifteen other candidates. HR contacted me that I've made it to the next round of interviews. About a week or two later, I had two phone interviews with the hiring manager and the organization's Director.

Q: Tell me about a time you had disagreed with a team member.
There are two interviews. I had both with the marketing teams and they were both very competency based. I would advise having an answer for " Why Cisco" and "Why tech?" . They were more curious about what was on my CV and wanted me to explain more in depth.
