Me postulé a través de una facultad o universidad. El proceso tomó 1 día. Acudí a una entrevista en Cisco (Kharagpur, West Bengal) en ene 2013
Entrevista
On campus interview. Single day.
1. Written test, not very difficult, basic questions. 30 mins. 8 to 8:30am
2. Technical Interview. 30-45 mins. Medium difficulty. 10am
3. Puzzles round : 3-4 commonly asked, medium level (~10:50am)
4. HR round (~11:30am) A formality for those whose feedback of Technical and Puzzles interviews are good.
Interviewers seems knowledgeable and sometimes lead the interviewee to correct answer.
Note: Be on time, I was among the very few who returned for Technical interview on time, and they took (whoever was present and cleared written test) us first, which seem to be an advantage over others.

1. Written test : Basic programming concepts and questions like,
what will be the output of following piece of code, or find the errors in this code.
2. Technical interview: Sorting algorithms/Hashing/Hash tables.
3. Puzzles round tested the presence of mind and out-of-the-box thinking. Easy only if you have a habit of solving brain teasers/puzzles, otherwise difficult. The one I remember : 9 dots arranged in 3X3 grid and connect all of them using only 3 lines without lifting your hand. Could solve it after a little struggle.
4. HR round, common questions like are you comfortable in working at xyz location, etc.
Questions on DSA and basic Operating Systems and networking questions. Also, there was a behavioral round that covered all from my resume and gave to situations to respond accordingly. I got the interview call through GHC and it had only 2 interviews

I successfully completed the online assessment, demonstrating proficiency in all questions and test cases. However, there has been no communication or update on the interview process from the company since.
