I was introduced to the hiring manager by a mutual friend. Every conversation was respectful and personable. I wasn't looking, so it took longer than it might have because of my schedule. The positive was described well, and thoroughly. We openly discussed the inherent challenges in the job. I was impressed by the hiring manager's candid, straight-forward approach. The recruiters were very respectful, and valued my time. I met with five different people, and had multiple conversations with the hiring manager. The office was (and still is) dull and boring looking, but the challenges were (and continue to be) mentally stimulating!
