It's a long process (on task no. 7 currently - inc tests, interviews, writing) but really felt like they are investing in the hiring process: where other companies' tests feel like arbitrary games these are pretty lateral intelligence stuff. Interviews are challenging but not trying to trip you up i guess - feels like they want you to do well.

3 Interview stages, first with the team leader, a team member and the 4 country and emea leaders. Each around 1 hour. More focused on your personal life experience and soft skills.

The interview was really smooth. The HR and hiring managers’ response are quick. It takes only 1 week to progress as well as sign the offer which was much faster than my previous company.
