Applied online, phone interview, on site assessment (Whole day). Started by meeting very friendly and relax employees. Received a printed schedule for the day with my name on it very nicely organized. Gave us a presentation about what they do and showed us couple of products where motivated me and pumped me with adrenaline to go through the day. There was about 3hrs technical interview, lunch, tour around the company, group exercise, prepare presentation and give presentation. They promised to make decision within 2 weeks and I got it within 2 weeks.
