It starts very late and the process takes very long, you have to be patient. There will be a total of 3 rounds, phone, Excel, and in person. You need to be prepared for maintenance adjustment questions and be able to talk about some hot topics within this industry. The whole team is not big, only 5 people, but they are super nice and very fun to work with.
