Had 4 rounds interview. 1st was a screening round. He asked basic question about why would I want to join circle, a little bit about me and my experience.
2nd round was about System design and asked me to design a ticket booking system. Asked a lot of followup questions but it was fun. The next one was a coding round where he asked me to write APIs and code for the ticker booking systems. The next round was a behavioral round and asked basic questions for 30 mins
They asked scenario based questions like what if they get all their requirements from the PM because they have no BAs , and that the deadlines are tight and the PM might change his/her mind frequently about the requirements, and what I think of it.

Online coding assessment to be completed in code signal. The assessment lasted 90minutes and there was a 7 day window to complete the challenge. The recruiter was very respondent to all questions leading up to the assessment
