Was called shortly after submitting my résumé, was given a quick phone interview. Was then asked if I could do an online assessment, and if I could be there at 2:00pm for an interview. This was at 10:30am. Was not told that online assessment would take an hour to complete. Which I did not receive until almost 11:00. In office interview was basically mock exercises via phone and computer. Was asked a few questions by a hr rep then was passed on to a team leader for a repeat set of questions. Very assembly line as I noticed the hr rep bring another candidate in to the computer area as soon as I was moved into the interviewing room. Overall pleasant people, but felt they were somewhat stressed.
