Had a phone screen, then spoke with manager I'd be working with for the position. It's been 3 weeks and haven't heard anything. I got another job offer and emailed the interviewer and the phone screener and never got a response. I'm assuming I'll get an automated email saying I didn't get the job, but quite rude that they couldn't even reply to my email when I was still considering the position after getting another job offer.
