Phone interview screen. Then face to face with sales manager. Job shadow half day followed by an interview with regional sales president. Final interview with location GM. I believe after all interviews are done the people that interviewed will get together collaborate and then make a decision at that point. Background and drug test followed.

Screening call + four interviews. They look for culture fit. Great company, so know as much as you can about it to feel confident. They ask you standard interview questions and really focus on the why.

Applied online, received an email within a couple of days to schedule a phone interview, the phone interview took 30/45 minutes, went over my employment history as well as the job description; asked the basic questions, was told the interview went very well. Was told my information would be sent over to the hiring manager to set up an interview with them. Went over all of the next steps in the hiring process, then never heard back. No response when I reached out via email or phone. This happened twice with two different Cintas recruiters. Very unimpressed, this company leads applicants on and then never follows up. Both times was told I would be the perfect candidate and was exactly what they were looking for with regard to this position. Very disappointed in this company.

The interview process was long. It took more 45 days from first interview to receiving an offer. There were 5 rounds of interviews including HR screening, hiring manager, Sales director and VP of sales. Also included in the process was a full day ride-along with an existing team member to see more about the job and ask questions.
