The interview process was a series. I think they should be more upfront and cut out those they aren’t interested in off the bat rather than having folks waste so much time and effort in the process. After 6 total interview hours they EMAILED me that they were going with another candidate. I think after that amount of time, at the very least, one of the 5 people I interviewed with could have called me to notify me of the news. I’d also think that if we both invested that much time, they’d at least notify me if another position opened. Ironically the same role I interviewed for re-posted within just a month.
