Definitely a lengthy process. I applied for a different position within CINTAS and after their first two interviews they told me that they were just going to hire internally. They persuaded me to apply for the SSR position stating that it was the best way to learn the company and get promoted from. I was asked to do three more interviews after the initial two. My final interview was with the GM of the location. I was told that they would all get together to discuss and then would let me know if I was moving on. I followed up twice after not hearing anything for two weeks. Never received a single email or call to follow up. It has been two months since my last interview so I am assuming that they went another direction. If they called me now and asked me to come work for them it would be a hard no.

4 rounds with a ride along. First round over the phone then the next 3 are in person. In person range from 30 minutes to an hour. The ride along is four hours but you are compensated for it.
