Found the position through university recruiting. Went through 5 interviews within the span of 3 months. First interview was with the recruiter. Second through fourth is with location leaders and final is with the location general manager. Everyone is very nice and cordial. I made it to the final interview only to find out that I was not selected for the job. Asked recruiter for feedback but was unable to share any with me. Why make candidates go through the entire interview process only to reject them?

Why Cintas? Why this role? Tell me about a time you made a mistake and resolved it? Generic interview questions.
Multiple Interviews and one in person. Nice people and good interview questions. Only negative was the follow up. I had to reach back out to see if I was still being considered or not.
It was a fairly easy interview process. They asked questions about what I did in college as far as academics and internships. Nothing too difficult was covered. As long as you prepare, you will be fine.
They recruited me out of school. I had 8 rounds of interviews, and was promised the job in the second to last interview with the last being a formality. They rescheduled my final interview three times with three different people. Ultimately did not get the role.
