Went through a military job agency. Went to four interviews. The last interview, I paid out of pocket for travel. Manager at interview was rude and acted like he didn’t care I was there.
Several interviews to vet the best candidates. Phone, virtual and in person interviews. Very professional and friendly process. Would suggest making sure that personal goals and culture requirements are aligned with the company. Smile and be yourself.
