The interview process with Cintas is extensive. I went through 5 interviews total. The entire process took about 2 weeks from start to finish. Even though there were multiple interviews, I was very impressed with how quickly they were scheduled. Overall, my experience was pleasant.

2-3 phone interviews, then went into the office for 3-4 back to back interviews (about 2.5 hours total).
Received an offer for a role I didn't interview for, for $40k less than what was agreed on.

They have a thorough interview process. It's your typical interview questions, and you get to meet with a lot of the people you'd work with. Everyone was super nice and welcoming as well.
