Connected through job searching websites, phone screen meeting and meeting with the branch manager at a conference where they walked through roles and responsibilities of the position. Fairly broad expectations were set about the type of work in the program, be sure to ask questions about branch and growth potential. HR interview followed for the usual boilerplate procedures. Drug and background check and process complete. They presented offer which was fair, some negotiation for 1 or 2% salary increase. accepted offer.

Multiple Interviews and one in person. Nice people and good interview questions. Only negative was the follow up. I had to reach back out to see if I was still being considered or not.
It was a fairly easy interview process. They asked questions about what I did in college as far as academics and internships. Nothing too difficult was covered. As long as you prepare, you will be fine.
They recruited me out of school. I had 8 rounds of interviews, and was promised the job in the second to last interview with the last being a formality. They rescheduled my final interview three times with three different people. Ultimately did not get the role.
