Pretty straight forward: submit application online, have an over the phone interview with HR, go in for interview, have one interview with a supervisor, 1-2 interviews with a manager, and one interview with the general manager before being hired. They ask you a lot of "tell me about a time..." and ask a ton of questions regarding role playing.

In person interview with the hiring manager, and direct supervisor. Next steps would be Office Manager for second in person interview. Was told they would be sending me in for a second interview with the hiring manager and then completely ghosted me when it came to scheduling. No response to follow emails, or provide any information regarding going with another candidate.
