Entrevista
The interview overall was a terrible experience. I applied through my school recruiting website, and heard back about 10 days later asking me to come in for an interview. When I got there, the person I was supposed to be interviewing with was not even there, and I ended up meeting with another person from an entirely different department. He was extremely condescending, and overall you could tell that he was not interested in being there. He asked me strange questions such as if I would move if I got the job. The questions asked were so basic, I could have saved myself 3 hours of driving there and back, and just done the first interview on the phone. It was questions such as tell me about yourself, what is your passion, etc. Nothing job related at all. When I asked questions at the end, such as what a typical day looks like and some challenges the average management trainee faces, he answered saying there is "no such thing as typical" and acted as though he was offended I even asked. Overall, the experience was terrible and had I gotten another interview I would have declined.

How can you act like a leader to people old enough to be your parents
It was a fairly easy interview process. They asked questions about what I did in college as far as academics and internships. Nothing too difficult was covered. As long as you prepare, you will be fine.
Multiple Interviews and one in person. Nice people and good interview questions. Only negative was the follow up. I had to reach back out to see if I was still being considered or not.
They recruited me out of school. I had 8 rounds of interviews, and was promised the job in the second to last interview with the last being a formality. They rescheduled my final interview three times with three different people. Ultimately did not get the role.
