The interview process for this position is very extensive. They ensure that prospective partners are in the correct mindset for this team environment. The questions asked are basic interview questions.

I was handed a pen and told to sell it to the Sales Manager interviewing me.
4 rounds with a ride along. First round over the phone then the next 3 are in person. In person range from 30 minutes to an hour. The ride along is four hours but you are compensated for it.

You are interviewed several times by various managers. You are also expected to do a day on the road with a seasoned rep so that you can see what the job is.

Long process. Disorganized. Did not even know I was coming when I did. My route ride was delayed 1 hour because employee was late. Was waiting on a call for my third interview and instead got a call saying they aren’t continuing with me. Unprofessional. Their questions didn’t even make sense in the interview.
