First you meet with your direct supervisor virtually and it’s a very straightforward interview. Then you do some assessments. Then you meet virtually again with a group of people who ask you 11 behavioral based questions and that is it. There are no questions how about you as an individual or your background and experience. It was a very cold and unproductive interview. Only one member of the team was warm and inviting. It’s been weeks since that interview and I have heard nothing. I have reached out and no response. It has been over 30 days since I applied. That is far too long to drag a candidate through the process. I have conducted interviews for over 20 years and have a high success rate hiring team members and this is probably the most negative experience I’ve had. I’m not sure if I’ll ever hear from someone but even if I received an offer, I would definitely decline. There’s enormous room for improvement in their interview process.

Entrevista
There are multiple interviews. You first meet with who would be your supervisor. If you do good, you interview with HR, the person in charge of the asset management division and your supervisor. If you make it to the next step, you interview with a consultant.

Entrevista
3 step interview process:
1. Initial phone screen with supervisor to discuss skills and ability to perform the job successfully. (1 hour long).
2. In-person interview with broader team that you will be working with. This is a very structured interview format and consists of about 15 behavioral based interview questions. They are very serious about using the STAR method to answer their questions. The interviewing team had 3 people in the interview including head of Human Resources. (1 hour long).
3. Assessment testing (IQ, DISC Profile, Work Style Analysis, Quantitative Ability Test, etc.) followed by 45 minute interview with organizational psychologist from Plante Moran. I was told that the purpose of this meeting was to ensure a good cultural fit for me and organization. (1 hour for testing and 45 minutes for interview).
4. About 2 weeks after completing these steps the company calls you to inform you of hiring decision.
The process took about 2 months once I applied.
