One interview and went pretty smooth. Asked about other work experiences that may be similar. Precious experience with customer service jobs would help, but not needed. Overall it would go as you would expect.

Have you ever had to rotate responsibilities in your job previously?
Show up early/on time, that's very important! Interview process was easy, I was hired on the spot. Just answer the questions well and show enthusiasm. I would also recommend making it known about your communication skills.
5 rounds of interviews, both technical and in front of the Cinemark board of directors. Absolutely appropriate for the level of expertise required for this role. I had a very easy process, love this company!
The interview process was fairly simple. I had to go through the first interview with a manager, and the second one with the general manager. They asked basic questions like, tell us about your work experience or what is your favorite movie?
