The interview process had four steps. Initially, I received a call from Rob Keyworth(Global TA manager), who thoroughly explained the job details and the interview process. During the first screening, Rob asked a series of questions. Then, I took an aptitude and personality test. After that, I completed a coding test and then had a technical interview with senior and principal engineers. The last step was an interview with the team lead and director. After this, Rob asked for referrals, and once he got the information, he called me to talk about the job offer. Throughout the entire process, Rob was extremely helpful, providing detailed information and responding to all my questions promptly.
