The process for this role took a little longer than normal but each candidate was continuously kept up to date on the reason for this delay. The task that was given should take approx 1.5-2 hours to complete which would be the norm for a designer role for the company to assess the candidates' fit to the requirements. Lastly, due to the high volume of applications it isn't always possible to give bespoke feedback in the initial rejection communication however our interview process is fully transparent and we are always open to provide feedback when asked.
