Was good environment depending on owner. You will be training for one week at the training center in Seoul. It was assigned many students per bilingual teacher back then. Lots of phone calls with parents made me tired.

Any teaching experience and English speaking level
It was great, went through recruiter and got all the necessary documents though my SOS, and they got me arranged with a date to come over. The recruiting was done through some company I forgot the name of, but it was pretty neat.
