The process was very extensive. It included a detailed and a lengthy assignment and multiple interview rounds. However, the HR and senior leadership was mostly unresponsive. You’ll only receive an update after multiple follow ups and phone calls to the HR. No feedback is given on your assignment but there’s a high possibility of your ideas being utilised, without you being credited for it.
