I completed three interviews, two over the phone and one on site. My first one was with the direct manager, the second one was with the creative team and the last one was with the VP of marketing. Everyone was interested in getting to know me, my background and abilities to successfully complete the job. I think if you have the experience, great personality and well spoken you'll be fine no matter the job position.
