Multiply interviews. Was handled very well. First was a phone interview, followed by a test, then 1 on 1 with superviors, then had 2 second interview with a different superviors. then you need a background check and a drug test. then you get an offer or rejection letter. This process took more then 3 weeks to complete. Everyone one kept you up to date on where in the process you where.

Experience is required, basically have to know how to manage 20+ employees. Depending on district manager, if they are in desperate need, they will hire anyone. Which means they are always hiring, due to not hiring correct candidates

I was sent recruitment emails through indeed a few times. A year later I attended a hiring event, that I was too late for. I called the recruiter and was given a next day interview with the District Manager. We hit it off and spoke for hours. I felt confident that I would get a job offer, which I did.
